Workflow Analytics is a Jira application featuring advanced analytics for the comprehensive analysis of workflow performance, compliance, cost and automation opportunities.

The data to be analyzed is defined as a Data Model.  Data Models represent events related to one of more activities during a workflow, for example status or assignment group changes.

Once a Data Model is defined, the Workflow Analytics visualization application can be launched.  This is done by clicking the Action menu of a given Data Model, and selecting 'Workflow Analytics'

Controls allow for selection of variants, steps and activities involved in the workflow lifecycle, as well as filtering of events, general information on the data model, and control and saving of model settings.

Analytics features a set of advanced visualizations to obtain different views of workflow lifecycle, metrics related to performance, cost, compliance and automation, and automated detection of workflow problems
